Nora Kuehl is an outstanding agent. She took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for, and the reasons for my specific needs. She found the home that I was looking for, and not what she wanted to sell me. She called me late in the afternoon on the day this came on the market, and we went to see it that afternoon. I knew as soon as I saw it that it was what I had been looking for. Another realtor was showing it at the same time, and as soon as he and his client left, I said to Nora "I want this". She got out her laptop, and we wrote up the contract right there. Nora assisted me as I bought my first home. This wasn't the easiest of tasks considering the market, or my wishlist. But this didn't effect her determination or attitude towards the process. She provided helpful documentation for someone brand new to this process, and met me where I was at in terms of giving me a lot of hand holding when needed - so I never felt alone or in the dark. Nora acknowledged the stress of the process, and the weight of a purchase of this level. She also made a point to really get to know my life goals and we connected on a personal level. Lastly, Nora made this home buying endeavor work with me as I was in town as well as when I was remote across the country. When it came to logistics Nora hit the ground running, within no time between our first phone call she had several homes lined up on my availability. She wastes no showing (good or bad) to learn and refine what I was looking for in a neighborhood, or home profile. I never felt like she was trying to sell me on a property or situation that I wasn't interested or comfortable with - she is a straight shooter and I never had to second guess her intentions. A total professional, and completely by the book, however I felt like I had a very candid confident in Nora who didn't want to waste my time - but wasn't afraid to spend an hour on the phone at a time as we talked through whatever was on topic for that day. In the offer submission stage, Nora was always my advocate, and I felt like she had my best interests in mind and (my back when in negotiations).
