Afterwards, the buyers were not interested. This wasn't the easiest of tasks considering the market, or my wishlist. But this didn't effect her determination or attitude towards the process. She provided helpful documentation for someone brand new to this process, and met me where I was at in terms of giving me a lot of hand holding when needed - so I never felt alone or in the dark. A total professional, and completely by the book, however I felt like I had a very candid confident in Nora who didn't want to waste my time - but wasn't afraid to spend an hour on the phone at a time as we talked through whatever was on topic for that day. In the offer submission stage, Nora was always my advocate, and I felt like she had my best interests in mind and (my back when in negotiations).
